Kraford and Lypt

A question for y’all. I placed an order, now going on, 5 weeks ago for a few items. I noted there were no indications on the website that there were back orders and no indication that the items were not in stock. Placed said order and waited. Sent an email 2 weeks after order was placed, no reply/response. Checked back on the website, nothing noting or mentioning issues so I wait. Placed a call 2 weeks ago, guy said they’d been moving, there was a shipment going out the next day, my stuff was probably in there. Another 2 weeks go by, no tracking number and no products have been delivered. Sent another email Monday. No response/reply. Is this normal for this company? IMHO, in this present time, this seems unacceptable.
