I was recently in the market for a new pcp and decided to contact Ken at SPAW. I can't say enough about his professionalism. I asked him tons of questions before making my decision and he answered every one of them very promptly. Many people probably don't know this, but Ken disassembles your rifle, cleans out any debris, polishes the internals, and then tests and tunes your rifle for the best accuracy possible. You will know what pellet your rifle likes before shooting it. I placed my rifle order, ordered the pellets proved to do best in it and started shooting as soon as I mounted the scope. It shoots like a lazer and no need to fiddle with the settings. No knock against the bigger airgun dealers, but I know where my money is going on future purchases. Thanks Ken!
