Maybe a check valve (with a tiny oring) behind the gauge is too tight or clogged with debris.

One of Ernest's Cricket videos shows how he assembled the check valve.

Cricket and vulcan fill slower than others due to those check valves. But 25 mins is too slow.

If your tank or pump is filling ok then that check might be it.

I could refill it faster than that using a hand-pump.. lol Sorry, I had to..
I literally just went through a fill-port-issue with my P15, and I think we're having similar issues.. 

In my case, the little o-ring in behind the fill port was over-flattened causing air to start leaking, 
I think in your case, it's either not moving enough, or, possible gunk/debris like mentioned..

Great info above, and similar to the info I received for my P15.. 
Same exact procedure to do the repair, and it was quick n' painless - less than a 10 min job..

Since you're experiencing a filling-issue vs. my leaking-issue..
You might want to double check your Fill Source first also..

Double check that your air supply is working 100%
*That nothing has gunked up / plugged up the air line
*That the fill probe is putting out air pressure properly 
Etc. etc.

Safest way is to secure the hose end first [so it doesn't whip around]
Use a clamp or vise or something to that effect.. 
I won't say just hold it tightly *cough* but I've done that too *cough*

It's a good idea to periodically inspect this stuff anyways.. 
Get an audible / visual inspection, and also just to purge moisture..

Thanks guys. I watched the video and then took off the endcap. I backed out the check valve and examined the o-ring. It looked fine so I lubed it and reinstalled. Hard to tell when it makes contact to set it. I did this three times but each time no joy. I then screwed it in until I thought it was barely making contact. It helped as now I can get up to 250 bar in 7 minutes. I did notice that my one tank that has only 3500 psi in it got slow at the end. I then filled from my other tank that has 4500 psi and it went faster.

So there is possibly something still amiss like clogging it? I'll shoot this down and then loosen the check valve even more to see if that is still the issue.

One thing I learned is that on re-gassing you have to cock it first? My first couple attempts just had rushing air out the barrel.

In any case it is now filled to 250. I'll check it tomorrow and see if there is any leak down.

It sounds to me like you have something restricting the fill port hole if it filled fine before and then just started slowing down. Have you also checked the holes in your probe.

I rebuilt mine before because it leaked and it did take a couple tries to get it right but probably fills from 100 bar to 220 bar in maybe 30-40 seconds. My veteran fills faster as does my royale and career. So 7 minutes is way way too slow.
