What is getting out of hand? Have you ever owned an FX gun or are you just speaking from experience of reading through the forum? Do you understand that new guns need to be wore in just like a new car? You can't just take a new Ferrari with 20 miles on it and go to the racetrack and let it go 200mph it will cause problems, just like in airguns you need to be gentle at first.

What is getting out of hand? Just what I said. The quality control on fx products imo. No I don't own a FX gun and for the reasons I mentioned I won't. It's not just on here but across the interwebs. I'm not telling people they shouldn't buy them...this is how you make educated choices...by doing your research. If guns are like cars then you know you would never buy a geo metro over a honda. In terms of quality there is no comparison.

People shouldn't have crappy gauges that don't read correctly. They shouldn't have to send their 1k+ guns back to get their guns fixed when they are literally brand new. The many other issues with leaking etc.

It appears you too have issues with FX. This was your quote from another thread. I'm guessing I just happened to strike a nerve...perhaps buyers remorse?

I have an FX Wildcat and I’ve had enough little things on the gun to bother me. Some of the problems were my fault, but the inaccurate pressure gauges as well as the magazine indexer scouring the magazines is enough to frustrate me. I also have read on the forum a lot of people seem to experience little leaks and small stuff with their FX rifles.

I receive my FX wildcat a week ago : most of the things I mentioned worked Them self out I thought about returning this gun but I couldn't find anything else that I want & liked !! I've only shot it about 100 times The accuracy is right on @ 50 yards and comfortable shoot The dust cover on the front of the Fill cap snap right back in I filed the indexer round stop putting marks on the magazines after all that being said I did pay $1400 I shouldn't have to do any of that but I do like it
