Just ordered .22 RTI Prophet from Talon Tunes

Just ordered the last .22LR RTI Prophet Performance from Tony @ Talon Tunes. I’m pretty excited. Hopefully he’s not swamped with business and can get it shipped quicker than my Uragan took. I read reviews on here that people have had rifles shipped in 2 days. I’ve never been that lucky.

From reading the gun is designed for JSB Monsters Redesigned, but has anyone had success with slugs?

Don't know about slugs but that's an awesome looking gun with a HUGE tank and externally adjustable regulator, quite cool.

I don’t expect you to have good results with slugs. That’s a 1:32 twist barrel specifically designed for the .22, 25.39 RD Monsters. Although I’ve heard it also shoots the original 25.39 well too. The twist isn’t at all tailored for slugs.

Ive not tested alot of slugs in mine but it shot the FX hybrids pretty well at 70 yards. I couldnt find the target pic but I think it was about 1".-1.25". RTI was said to be working on a slug barrel but havent heard or seen anything from them.

Great looking gun...don't worry it should not be so hard to find somebody to machine a new barrel with other twist..or to install a fx liner with a adapter..that gun have power enough..

Some had success with certain slugs. There is a video on YouTube where he is shooting a 23 grain h and n slug and is moa at a 100.

Welcome to the RTI family, The Prophet is built like a brick, Its built to shoot, And very simple to work on with minimum O rings, I have the 25 Caliber Prophet , My range is limited to 49 yards and its as accurate as my Veteran 25, A hole is a hole.I would suggest shooting a while before twisting on the screws unless your a tuner and understand the workings of a PCP very well,,

Congrats! When you get the gun you should compare it to the Uragan. I have the Priest 2 and the Uragan is a gun I would be interested in also.

Tony emailed me within 10 minutes and sent me a photo of my gun and said he’s try and get it out tomorrow. 
i couldn’t find anyone else that had one. 
Will update everyone when I get it and my thoughts.

The shroud is 25mm. The barrel is 15mm.

Good stuff. Ordered my first PCP from Tony as well a Taipan Veteran Long .25. Can’t wait to get my hands on it. I considered the Prophet along with many other rifles during my back and forth search. Still on my list for my next one. Lol Enjoy.

I used a 0db like the one in your first picture when I first got my gun. It worked just fine. My Huggetts and Tanto didn’t do any better. No pics of them on my gun because I think they look dumb and make my nice short gun suddenly long. I built a functioning shroud so now my gun is quiet without any extra junk on it. You shouldn’t need a giant can for the gun if you have it tuned properly.

I have .25 prophet performance, it's loud but the sumo makes very backyard friendly.
