Athlon Helos MOA 2-12 FFP

Great scope, however can't use any night optic ad ons due to the lens coating. Great for day use thought. Probably one of the best $400 scopes on the market.

Hmm. Interesting. I use the pard nv007 on mine, and it works just fine!

Andy you are right, but as you move out for more distance I get distortion. I get the same with Meopta which as the same coating. Adding a more powerful IR didn't help. If I am 50y or less I was able to make it work. As soon as I changed to Hawke or Element I was totally fine out to 150 yards with the stock IR. added a powerful IR and got the PARD to give me sunlight to 400 yards. way more then I need, but that is the American way!

Is this a problem with other Athlon scopes as well like the Argos? I was considering getting some sort of add-on night vision.

Thanks for the info. Yes, I’ve only used my pard to about 60yds, so that makes sense.
