If your gun shoots them accurately, they are a great hunting pellet! I tested them along with several other pellets in ballistic gel and they created the largest cavity! Even at lower velocities they mushroom like a slug! Here’s the video- Comprehensive .22 cal Slug vs Pellet Ballistic Gel Test pt1

So cool! I never had luck with a pointed pellet before to be honest with you... They all just were a bit inaccurate compared to domed ones. I found these for 3$ only!!! Only complaint is they don't work well with magazines

For using magazines you can buy the polymag shorts, they were brought out just for just that reason. They I'll fit in Marauder sized mags and they seem to shoot as well as the regular size. Same weight but a little shorter.

I like them .. problem is they dont fly the same in most my guns as other 'good' pellets of similar weight, some mags they dont fit, and theyre too expensive to just go 'only polymag' in guns they do except for a dedicated hunting rig, im not going to be fudging with my scope all the time just to run polymags today nope nuhuh, not happenin ... bottom line is the 'only' major advantage is they look badas ..

I shoot them in 22 and 25 caliber out to 75 yards and they are accurate and lethal. They should perform well for you as well. Good luck.

I agree with this, they start to loose accuracy around 75 yards for me as well but they do pack a punch. When I’m not using slugs, these and the Hades are the go to pellet for squirrels.

TIP ABOUT POLYMAGS for those who don't know: if they're too long to fit in magazine just clip the tips (nail clippers or such) so they're short enough to fit! Been doing this for 5 years & I find no appreciable changes in accuracy or penetration.

Well I love these pellets man what can I say! Same hole groups at 30 yards in a Chinese air rifle?! And they're pointy?! Damn... They even mushroomed on a dove with this rifle!
