Probably nobody. GX rep has claimed to make the same units for other company contracts. They also allegedly make the Omega Trail Charger. The overall design is the same but there are some upgraded/better quality parts on the more expensive models. No way to prove anything, but this manufacturing strategy is well known in many countries across the globe.
