JSB PelletsDiablo VS FX or Daystate

I usually buy a ten pack of pellets when I get down to a couple three tins left. After I see what my gun shoots I stick with that pellet. I have seen the 10.3 JSB heavy I am looking for hasn't been available. I notice a few dealers have what they tell me is the same pellet in FX of Daystate. My question is this. Does a JSB FX or Daystate 10.3 diablo shoot consistently the same as in if you just have a different lot # I am not actually asking for the best just do they compare closely between these brands?

I just got a tin of .22 - 18.1/3 FX Diablos in. I loaded and fired 10 quick rounds through my Steyr Pro X. Two things I noticed 1) the FX seem to be a much tighter skirt fit in the magazine. 2) all ten shots stacked as well if not better than my JSB’s. Of course not same caliber and a very quick test of functionality but I’m pleased.

They probably use a similar die for them. I would think the jsb die would get used alot more then the fx or daystate die. To me the edgun die jsb pellets have been the best and most consistent. Now if Brian would just stock them I would buy 20 tins lol . Ed send Brian some pellets so I can buy them.

I’ve switched to FX in my .22 and .25. They are way more consistent and a lot less deformed skirts. And they are available!

I prefer JSB but found the Air Arms and FX 10.3s to be just as good. No complaints and definitely cheaper.

My order of 10.3 JSB pellets will be here Monday, I jumped the gun and ordered 4 tins of the 10.65 baracuda H&N in hopes they shoot as good as JSBs do,,, Now I have a few tins of the 10.3 FX pellets For some reason the FX shoot higher about an inch and have a lot more flyers than the JSB pellets, But the FX can is pretty,

The AA 10.3s are JSB also. I have been using these in my R10 since JSBs have been out of stock. The AAs shoot great for me.

I ordered 4 tins of them yesterday from PA. They are listed as in stock.

They are all made by JSB,..... AA maintains their own dies at the JSB factory and Edgun only has one die is why his are more consistent
