JSB Lot numbers?

Does JSB add their lot numbers to their tins? I noticed AoA pellets have them on the tins but does JSB add that or AoA. When I ordered pellets from Airgun Depot I do not recidve lot numbers. Would one be able to request lot numbers on tins?

I've bought 28 tins of JSB Match pellets from AD in the last month and all have a lot number and head size on a sticker on the bottom. The sticker color matches the label color. I bought 10 tins of JSB 7.33's from Treiner and they were in a JSB box with the lot number and head size on the box but nothing on the tins except the bar code label.

When buy JSB .177 exact, heary and monsters, my expereince has been that Airgun Depot and Pyramid Air do not sell them with the lot numbers on the tins.

The lot numbers are on a sticker on the back of the tins. I don't know why PA and AGD would remove them.

Ok , I wish they didn’t because you find a pellet that works you can’t ask for it in the future because lack of knowing lot numbers. I was specifically asking about the .22 monster redesign.

Been a while but PA used to sell them with an aditional stiker placed over the factory sizing sticker.

I have also seen recent JSB tins with no lot number indication. I had thought that all JSB pellets in the US came from the distributor, Predator International. I'll add this thought, without a traceable lot designation, quality control is greatly hampered. Since it was a longstanding policy of JSB to put labels with tracing information - and the head diameter - on the bottom of each tin, I would hope that this will be continued, but it seems doubtful that it will be.

Just to added information on .22 Monster Redesign.

Take a look at the picture on the left is the old pellets i had (Lot # 68067718) and they shot well in my Red Wolf but not great from AoA.

I purchased another 8 tins of .22 redesign during PA great 20% off sale and I got tins without Lot # (see picture with generic label) and lucky for me my Red Wolf loves them and I want to make sure in the future I get the same ones. But as you can see from the pictures how different they are from the older ones with Lot#. The pellet on the left is with Lot# and the one on right is without. You can tell the pellets are different by the looks of the skirt flair out. Additionally on the other picture looking at the internal cavity of the skirt you can see the lot# one on the left is shallow and skirt is thin. The new one is completely different but my gun appreciates this difference. Is no way to know what the lot number was?

Below are photos of the JSB pellets I mentioned in my first post. The Match pellets are the only ones I've bought that had the lot number on the tin. JSB makes pellets in different head sizes just like H&N, I wish we could buy them here.
