Why only 33.95 in .25 when they put out a 33.95 in .22.

I realise they know what they are doing, I only hope to learn the reasoning behind it.

I would email the manufacturer to get it straight from the horse's mouth.

Guessing the 25 caliber similar output as the 22 at max power IE Daystate Redwolf HP in both calibers so 25 may be too slow if heavier. If not then go 44gr in 30 caliber instead makes more sense probably larger diameter can make use of the push of air. 

The 

33.95s were probably born due to the Huben K1 gen 1 IMHO because nothing else would shoot with decent enough accuracy.

Probably a combination of relatively close diameter and popularity of .22. I’ve wondered about more 28 to 31 grain offerings in .25.

Odoyle, funny you mention the Huben as it is with the K1 .25 in mind that I believe a 40g (or thereabouts) .25 pellet could shine.

I'm not sure I understand the reason, but I think it has to do with max allowable length available for most magazines. If you have not tried the new Knockout slugs in .25, you should. I got a tin and with my new improved slug liner, they are accurate and they have a BC of.092.
