Anyone tried these yet? I presume velocity is higher than the 25g due to the weight? or does the barrel friction from harder material slow them down? how is the accuraccy?

Ive tried the GTOs yes of course much higher speed, same weight as these and are basically a JSB King made of tin. Just as accurate as kings up to 50m (as far as ive tested them)

I haven't tried the .25, but the GTO .22 is the by far the most accurate pellet I've ever shot in my Crosman break barrel. I am stacking pellet on pellet in the bullseye at 50' indoors.

I am curious to see what long term effect shooting these non lead pellets have on accurate barrels.
I personally never shot them and worry about rifeling wear being a much harder alloy and all.
But its just my own thoughts... And Precaution...
BTW I never stick any kind of tin aluminum or metal types of rods in any of my gun barrels...
I would use them to LAP the barrels if needed, but thats just me...

Coldair, I had the same thoughts when I first joined our local indoor range. They have a lead-free rule and I follow the owners rules. I decided to sacrifice my $100 Benji to have something to shoot indoors for the Winter. So far there really hasn't been much wear with GTO's.
My 18yr old Gamo seems to have a little looser lead in the breach, but I was shooting H&N FTT greens in that. Trigger sear just snapped, so that experiment has ended.

Thanks Glem, what velocity were you getting? my only concern is that I never get good groups over 900FPS!

The Exact Lead Free and the GTO Lead Free are the same pellet. GTO is the American version. Same molds, same pellets, different package. I got this from JSB and their US distributor.

I think i remember 1100+ if i wanted but thats much too fast of course. Only really shot a few over the chrony.

No i was just given a tin and ran a few over the chrony at the setting i had to shoot the king heavies around 900. Next time im at the range ill try some out at 50, if they do well ill try at 100m.
It was a while ago i shot some but not that hot probably 950 or so and they did well. Ill give them another try.
