Here is a look deep inside the SKOUT Epoch for anyone wanting to know just what makes it tick!
Boy I wish car manufacturers would follow suit. I believe the engineers strive to piss off the service techs!Very clear and informative service on the Epoch! Thanks for sharing. A much simpler engineering than I was expecting to see....genius is in something's simplicity to me, the thought process of having to service it in mind while engineering it's build.
Not surprised, that's how they've handled paintball support for decades. Darryl is one of most reliable honest hard working guys to employ. The Gardners are serious dudes, they are here to compete and their track record is winning on the field and in business. Thanks for posting this. I actually started following your channel too. I had a tiny
o-ring let go in my HP reg on my Skout yesterday and it’s one not in the kit. ( the part is held in with red lock tight I found out later) I should do a small video on complete disassembly of that valve, it’s not difficult. Anyway I emailed Skout and they got back to me via email (this was Saturday mind you) and Darryl said he’d have a tech call me that day or Monday. Then, to my surprise Bill Gardener called me back and said he’s going to send me out a complete new HP valve and send the parts to repair the old one so I’ll have a spare. He also took the time and answered all my questions. I’m new to air rifles but I know top shelf customer service when I encounter it. Thanks again for the video.
