JIm Gaska machined quite a few LW barrels purchased directly from LW ti fit the M'rod platform - it is an LW barrel that Jim Gaska purchased....

but there is no such thing as Jim Gaska LW i suppose? in my understanding, the seller is selling to fit it in any air rifle not for mrod only.

kinda hard to decipher the unclear- It is possible that someone purchased a LW blank from Gaska without machining it to fit any particular action, which would simply mean that it an LW barrel blank purchased from Jim Gaska. Then there is the possibility that he purchased one of the TJ's barrel liners Gaska had made to a certain spec, in which case it is a TJ's barrel made to Gaska's spec, and would have nothing to do with an LW ;-)
I would suggest that asking the sellar exactly what he has would do wonders to solving the mystery.

After installing a Gaska LW for my #17 Prod, it is no longer pellet finicky and shoots JSB 15.1 with excellent accuracy.
