They expect "meaningful" posts/contributions and you also have to be a member for at least 10 days.

That's how I joined... I wanted to buy a m3 off the classifieds... Posted around the forum... Bought the rifle.. and been here ever since!

Ten day thing must be recent because I didn't have to wait that long
