It's Here!

3 days late. But my new toy is here.

This .30 caliber Vulcan2 -- from Talon Tunes -- will be put through her paces tomorrow at the shooting range.

Preliminary testing in my garage, at 20 yards yields 79 fpe with Jsb 50.15 gr and 72 -73 with Jsb 44.75 gr pellets -------> one hole, of course.

Gorgeous! Congrats! Wonder where the AGT guys get that awesomely grained wood...? My .25 Gen4 Tactic has wood like that, but only on one side.

The range where I shoot maxxes out at 100 yards. I intend to test at 50, 75 and 100 yards.

That is indeed the Ronin. Shooting in my enclosed garage with an echo, I should use ear protection. I will check the decibel level tomorrow.

I love the smooth left-sided lever action. This bullpup has a smoother lever action and better trigger than either of my Vulcan Tactics.

I won't be able to use this one on my deck. Too much power and a bit too loud. Not unexpected for a .30 caliber, though.
