Issues getting ahold of someone at FX repair center

I sent my wildcat in for repair and its been about 6 weeks and I have heard nothing. I emailed them asking for an update and I have gotten no response. Is this normal or a covid thing? To make things worse my new impact has a problem with the regulator gauge, I just noticed it today (its reading 0bar). there is no drop in performance so I assume the gauge crapped out and everything is still functioning fine. The main pressure gauge is still fine so at least there's that.

Not normal, they are usually relatively responsive. In contrast to making contact with Daystate or Steyr, which is impossible. The good news, FX support is usually responsive; the bad news, you're probably going to need it.

I didn't call, I have poop service at my house so I have been emailing them, heck I even sent fxusa a pm on here and no response on that one either

I have found them extremely responsive on the one occasion I had to contact them for something. However, it is the weekend, so I would be surprised if you got an answer to any PMs or emails until at least Monday.
