Isn't Daystate dropping the ball?

Plenty of rifles don't have access to hammer spring pre-load changes. Air arms are commonly known as another. I agree this should be an inherent function in all pcp rifles some manufacturers apparently feel otherwise.

Both hammer springs and poppet heads will see wear over a large number of shots and will require increased hammer preload to obtain the same fps, in the situation without hammer spring access you have to add shims to increase preload and do guess work while partially dissembling the rifle each time, pita.

No need for any adjuster if balanced/tuned correctly and springs last 40,000+ shots w/out issue.

TOTAL adjustment is the current latest greatest must have however it is still a fact the majority of users get there rig dialed in and leave it alone and for repeatable adjustable power a transfer port is a better ( not max efficiency but) to go for all most all shooters.

Crosman was the first to offer a ton of adjustments and just having those adjustments ( and perhaps a good number of newbies ?) is a reason so many ended up "refurb". But they DID sell the U.S. market on that much "needed" feature others chimed in with

There all adjustable, even a beeman mako just not as fast & easy ( but less costly and less potential problems ) but once properly tuned need never be touched again.
