Is this supposed to be mounted

I have a yong heng and I was trying to get to the batteries in the temp guage today and took the cover off to get to it . I noticed that the start capacitor is not mounted to anything and that may be part of the noise that the compressor makes while running also does anyone know where to order another temp guage for the yong heng mine fell apart today when I was taking it out to change the batteries

Yes the capacitor just sits there kind of funky it is. The noise may be the foot pads are loose.
