My .30 cal RAW HM1000x is a pre-AF gun, although the AF built guns are generally well respected as well. Mine shoots the 44.75's very comfortably and accurately at 880 fps, or ~77 FPE. I have never had any issues with it.
As far as Chassis vs LRT stock, I have used both and find myself more accurate with the laminate LRT stock. Nothing inherently more accurate about the gun in either stock, I can just get more stable personally with the LRT version. Heavier weight of the wood stock doesn't hurt either. Pretty clever how AF accommodates easy HS adjustment with the chassis stock.
RAW .30 cal isn't normally used in the same sentence with 'backyard friendly'. .30 cal guns are normally kind of loud, and RAWs are not known for using air efficiently. And that extra air coming out of the muzzle makes extra noise. I haven't been too enthused with the appearance or function (quieting) of the AF off-set or current big can shrouds. Neal Clague is my go-to for RAW quieting shrouds.
The accuracy of pellets in my .30 cal is definitely challenged well by NSA 43.8's at my current tune level. So with a bit more HS I'm sure the barrel would work fine with heavier NSA slugs as well. But I can leave it alone and shoot 44.75 pellets and 43.8 slugs very well.
All in all very nice guns.
