Is there any Quality Magazine Feed Fixed Barreled Spingers w/ LW Barrel?

The Theoben SLR rifles were extremely well made underlever repeaters. They are not made anymore and are as pricey as a very nice PCP if you can find one for sale.

My first thought was the Hatsan Proxima, which given its origin is unsurprisingly accurate, solid, and heavy. It received some attention when it was announced shortly after the first Gamo Swarm actually hit the market, but hasn't made nearly the splash that the Swarm has made. It's a wood stock only, I believe, and is pretty much a bench shooter due to length and weight - though I suppose it can also be used from a hide or static hunting/pesting position. Accuracy seems really good from what little I've seen posted. Not a German gun, but one of Hatsan's highest-end springers so likely to be a lifetime shooter.

Crosman was showing a magazine springer at the 2018 SHOT Show in January of this year that seemed a bit "fiddly", as our British cousins would say. May not be any more complicated than the Proxima, but I recall thinking it looked to be when I saw it on YT.

I never heard of the SLR, did not know Diana/RWS had one. I'll be researching both of those. 

As for the Proxima, I owned these Turkish guns before. They can be good, but it seems you never know for sure until you get them. Some have impressed me, some were okay, some had poor accuracy...don't want to take those chances anymore. Thanks.

I've had two Swarm Maxxims in .22, and both of them have shot dead-on cloverleaf groups at fifteen yards. However, I have found them to like two particular pellets...the JBS Exact Jumbo Heavys 18.3 grains, and the Gamo Rockets, with the former being maybe a skosh more accurate. So, OP, if you're having accuracy issues with your Swarm, it might be what you're feeding it.

Also, they like to be held firmly. Makes a difference over the 'artillery hold'. I'll note also that it took me a bit to get the first Swarm to hit accurately...once I had the second one sighted in, it was accurate within maybe twenty rounds. I also scrubbed out the barrels with Hoppes #9 when I got both of them...the first one was just filthy, the second one, much cleaner.

Does any one know if there is a quality mag fed fixed barrel springer out there? I like my swarm's magazine system, but hate the accuracy limitations with break barrel. If a TX200 or HW97 existed with the Swarms loading system, would undoubyly own one.

My guess is that other manufacturers will eventually catch on to this magazine craze like how PCPs have done.

I would be curious to see what Jim Gaska can for to that Swarm you have.

The accuracy in my Swarm is not horrible, just not anything to brag about. It is good for the cost, but I really do want a to step up but keep the mag system. I am currently shooting the GTO lead free 11.75 grain pellets. They really work good, compared to the others I tried (about 15 different kinds). If everything goes perfect, I get around an inch at 25 yards, Two inches at 40 yards with no wind. 

I've been thinking about tearing it down and seeing if I can tighten anything up or smooth anything out for better accuracy. Maybe I'll look at some tuning video and see what can be done to the Swarm, first. I''ll look up Jim Gaska, see what he has to say. Thanks.

The SLR has a Ansultz barrels? I don't know much about them but from what I can remember they are good, correct?

Correct. Some if not all had the Annie barrel. Especially like that you can completely rebuild the gas ram at home with basic tools. Only problem mine has is it will crack the mag window unless a slight bevel/clearance is made to keep the base of the pellet probe from whacking it during the inertia of the shot cycle. I made polycarbonate replacement windows with steel pins and they all hold up great now.
