Is there a reason why the Impact's cheek rest

Left eye dominant shooter here. Haven’t been fortunate enough to shoot an impact but I would eventually like a long distance setup to compliment my Leshiy. The Impacts and Mavericks look great but I think i would be hindered significantly shooting left handed.

I would not tell you it would hinder you? Left eye dom here also, but not perfect? Or could be better? Anyway, I shoot my slugger mk2 right hand lever and no cheek mod, most of the time I don’t really notice, but when I immediately switch to my bench Gun,with the K&L, it’s like oh yeah baby! Let’s dance

Lefty/left eye dominant. The high-cap Impact magazine does crowd my cheekbone but I can live with it. But the old smaller metal mags and Carm mags are perfectly comfortable. Saber Tactical adjustable cheek riser, though right-handed, works just fine for me.

I'm left handed and shoot an impact. I honestly just never thought about the cheek piece because I'm so used to everything being wrong for left handers. That's pretty sad lol.

Seems to me it would not be all that difficult for FX to do as all that would be needed is a left handed magazine and latchplate and then a cheekpiece. Should be an easy design as they are just the reverse of the current parts. Although with the low volume of likely sales I have my doubts it will ever happen.
