Is the .20 caliber turning a corner?

Hello egd,

I hope my words will be understandable as I am neither a technician nor a native speaker.😉

Together with our QA manager, I checked the head size of the current production lots. The diameter is 5.05mm in average as it should be.

We have no explanation why the pellets you bought are undersized (and 0.15mm is huge in the pellet world). If the tool had been worn out, the diameter would be rather larger. And, as with all diabolo-shaped pellets, the skirt diameter is larger than the head diameter anyway. This means that a pellet which is completely inserted in the "chamber" should not fall out or slip through the barrel.

So in this case we are at a loss..

Best regards

Jörg
