Is Krale a good place to buy Airguns?

Hey all. I’ve been looking into an FX Dreamtac with a CF bottle. I was wondering if Krale is a reputable dealer to buy from. I was also wondering if they properly package guns, and if they ship fast.

If I was buying a Weihrauch, Krale is the best place to go. Usually cheaper, they pack guns well, and I had the two I've ordered at my door within 4 days. That's faster than getting one from Pyramyd or AoA. 

If I was buying an FX, id buy it from a dealer in the states. But I have my reasons for that.

I'm pretty sure Krale can't ship FX or Steyr stuff to the US. So yeah, Krale is great on prices and shipping. Prob a little tougher for a return for whatever reason.

Krale is exceptional if packing and delivering guns, but they won't sell FX guns to us in the US. They list that disclaimer on each FX gun's webpage on their site. Part of the restriction FX places on them.

Yeah I just saw the disclaimer on their website. Sucks that you can’t buy it from them. About $250 cheaper than any other dealer in the states.

If i was buying FX id buy here (USA) as there is no $ advantage buying from a dealer out of the country.

Different regions have different pricing structures.... Krale is the GO TO place for Wiehrauch Springers but everything else is pretty close in price. . What is a real shame is that you cannot buy STEYR from Krale.... They are/were way cheaper from Krale than in the states.

Yup. And to add insult to injury, when I ordered mine here in the 'good ol USofA', from P.A. in OH, 
I got whacked another 8% [NY state sales tax] because people/businesses here comply with govt/state extortion. Unreal.
That was an additional $160.00 right down the drain..

I bought from Krale last Feb. They packaged the rifle properly. German customs promptly ruined the package during inspection. Had a knife cut through and into the factory box. Had fingerprints on the metal. Got another customs check entering the US. The package was a disaster of poorly applied packaging tape. It barely made to trip to CO Just an FYI...it can and does happen.

I live here in the Netherlands about an hour and half drive from Krale shop. It is an amazing store, and their in person customer service is great and regardless if they are busy the salesperson takes their time with you. I will for sure be buying my FX Crown Continuum from them here in late July, though I should put an order this week, just in case.

Wow. I read somewhere else that German customs did the same thing to another guys package and destroyed the box.

Ordered HW 110 ST couple weeks ago on Friday morning,it arrived Tuesday double boxed also..very quick shipping.

I ordered a gun from them a couple years ago with no issues. Just ordered one Friday from them. Hope everything goes the same. I did order some small items from them a month or so ago and it looked like Zoro attacked the package. It was Customs but everything was still in there. I always try to order stateside first, but sometimes we just don’t have what I am looking for.

I like the fact if you order a weihrauch, the moderator is detachable. Like a hw 110 or hw44, the moderator comes un farkled and normal.

Very reputable. I haven't ordered from them yet because I like patronizing American firms. So I buy from PA exclusively because they've never let me down, and the rifles I've purchased haven't been prohibitively more expensive than Krale. However, one of my rifles, the D460, is priced less from PA than anywhere else that I've seen!

That said, I do see myself ordering an HW30 from Krale in the future!
