Is FX going to have to retire some models?

With the feature packed Streamline coming out, who would purchase some of their more expensive, less equipped models like the Typhoon or "T 12" or the Royale 200 for that matter? FX Cyclone, Super swift? Are these all destined to go the way of the Do-do? Will be interesting to see what happens. I don't know where these other guns will fit in, especially when you see such little talk about them now.

That makes sense. A drastic price drop is the only way I see them finding a place. I don't know much about any of those models but I'm pretty sure none of them are regulated for starters. Maybe they offer something that the streamline doesn't but I haven't looked at them enough yet to find out what that is.

The more I look the more I like the Streamline. I'm likely going to be getting in line for one myself.

It is challenging for a producer to keep up a wide range of products. You want to meet all the demands from the public, but at one point you will find that many of your products compete to another in your own producing line. The solution in many cases is to scale down - the line has become too wide so to say.
Reducing the price? No good move, and hardly doable I think. There is a reason for the different price in the beginning.

Yeah, the price difference most likely has a lot to do with the way they make those older models. With the newer models they have evolved into a more efficient process. I guess if there is a drastic drop price in the older models it would be to liquidate, not new production.
