Introduced a father and son to PCP's!!

Went to the range today to do some 100yd shooting. Took the Crown and Streamline. Happened to pick a bench next to a father and son (adult) who recognized right away that my rifles were not powder burners.

So we did more talking than shooting. They seemed super interested so I offered to let them shoot after I shot a group each at 100, and they jumped right on it!!

Each of them took turns shooting each rifle while the other was on the camera. They are locals so I asked if they would message me some pics and I just now got them. That was just about the best time I've ever had on the range!!

:)

😎 when I grow up, I want to be like you, Bob. Thanks for being such a great ambassador to the sport.

Jim,

I was attempting to say the same thing regarding an ambassador of our hobby and give this man a + BUT already gave him one not so long ago. Hopefully you or someone else will do it for me. Great Share BobO. You are a Class Act!

Hey Doc,

Same exact thing here. I think if we want to give a "+" to a member there really needs to be a better system than making me give "+" to 3-4 other users before I can again. I think a better deterrent to spamming or negative attacks is to get rid of the anonymous feature, if a guy does good, he should know who to thank and if a guy is upset with you, you should equally be able to identify and work on inroads to fixing the discrepancy.
@Bob_O - You are the shiznit my man!

Very cool Bob. I’ve run into the same thing where I hunt ground squirrels in CA. The horse ranchers initially gave me permissions over the past couple of years, so I have 5 at a total of about 100 acres. Then this past Summer, after watching me shoot, each one has asked me to find them a gun, set it up, tune it, and provide scope, SCBA tank and fill rig. So since July, I’ve converted 7 guys to air rifles. One .25 and 6 .22 from Crickets to Daystate Renegades to FX Bobcat, Wildcat, and Streamline. But my problem is that now they are shooting all “my” ground squirrels... ;)
