Interested in an RTI Prophet

I'm interested in getting a .25cal RTI Prophet. I emailed them and unfortunately it doesn't sound like there will be a slug liner available till next year. The wind blows a bit here in central Montana and I really want to be able to shoot slugs. Is anyone shooting hybrids or any other slug out of the standard pellet barrel on the performance model Prophet?

I got a 25 Prophet, I have no need for slugs as I am limited to 49 yards, My Prophet came to me with the reg set at about 110 and the thing is shooting like a hammer , A little over 900 FPS with JSB 25 gr pellets , Its more like a rife to me as my other bull pups are Veterans and Mutants Crickets and Vulcan,,,, But I know with my Reg setting at 110 I can crank it up and send some heavy lead down the line,,, That will come latter as I am going to shoot the gun just as It came to me for a while before I start screwing with the knobs , LOL.

If there is and was a weak link in the gun I would say its the Magazines , The open load of the Mutants , Veterans , Crickets are so smooth and trouble free , Notice I left out the Vulcan as My Vulcan has the bull poop roate the mag install one pellet and rotate again system,,, IT SUCKS.....

But if you like to shoot a lot and not worry about replacing O rings all the time the simple made Prophet will have you as a happy customer ...

oh plane to spend a little money with Donny FL if you plan to be shooting in a back yard and need to keep it quite , Its loud ,
