Installing 720 Power Plenum on FX Impact MK2 (Pre Power Plenum)

Howdy All,

Looking for advise and things to look out for when installing the new 720 Power Penum on a MK2 (Pre Power Plenum) Impact.

I have read on another thread that guys were having trouble with fitment issues when trying to get the new Plenum Tube to fit in the Frame Housing?

Others have had issues with getting the correct velocity after installing and some say it's the new springs that come with the kit.

The kit I purchase is the while kit made for upgrading the MK1 and MK2. The kit also includes the new Power Block.

Any and All information is much appreciated!

The 72cc, the part where it slides into the main block is like .001mm larger than on the mk2 pp. When I install mine it is very tight. I have to twist and push it in and it would not want to go in. I have to pound it with a rubber malet and force it in. I've seen other try to enlarge the block housing to make it fit.

The most common problem in older model impacts is to manage to insert the front part of power plenum in the action.
Me I didnt manage to insert this part from 2 new power block kits even when I remove the 2 orings .
I thought it was a fail from factory and there was

a small difference in diameter.
Check this video I posted from Europe airguns and will solve this problem . Language is in Spanish but doesn't matter . You will understand easily what he is doing .
Before I watch this video I paid enough money to gunsmith to modify my new power kit .

You can see the deep scratch. Even without the 2 orings it was impossible to insert this part in impact action .
It seems that all the actions ( older and newest models) are same in diameter but over the time by screwing the clamp screw with force is occurred this problem

I removed the screw and spread mine open with a large screw driver trying not to scratch it all up and used a bunch of silicone lube found it has to be all the way in up tight to the action or it will leak
