I'm left handed and own the Daystate Huntsman Regal in left hand and the FX Steamline with ambi stock. Speaking from experience, the FX is a much better value than the Daystate for several reasons. The Steamline is more accurate. It is easier to cock. I prefer the side lever on the right hand side so I can keep my left hand on the grip while my right hand easily cycles the lever. The FX makes much less mechanical noise when fired. No spring pings, Harper valve rebound, etc. The shot string with the FX is more consistent with its pressure regulator. No bell shaped shot curve. It is easier to adjust the velocity on the FX with it's power wheel. It has a larger air cylinder and provides 55 shots per fill vs 35 with the Daystate. If I was to pick between the two choices it's a no brainer. FX wins for me hands down. While the Daystate is considered to be a classic beauty, the FX is a nice looking rifle. I have the laminate stock Streamline but the walnut looks attractive too.
