I am looking to find a REAR adjustable mono-pod that can be mounted on an Feinwerkbau 300 SU. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find them and what type, brand or model to use?

yes
there are few that i would put on a 300, just the idea of installing a sling swivel stud seems wrong
and you search for a monopod and none are cheap
i did fine that mount for a little less but still not cheap when you add shipping and or tax that always takes the fun out of it
i find sometimes if you want something bad enough you just buy it
