FX In a Dreamline Classic, is there any advantage to the aftermarket brass hammers of equal weight?

For advantages, I'm thinking of things like improved friction. AFAIK, the stock Dreamline Classic hammers are made from a material other than brass.

Just polish the stock hammer if you want less friction if weight is equal.
