I currently have a .30 cal Impact 2 COMPACT power plenum . I want a 700 mm barrel also and am aware of the barrel kits offered by FX and the much larger carbon bottles. My question is that if I wish to have the long barrel in 22 or 25; would that be simple to do or is it much simpler to just stick with a 30 cal slug shooter? For me pellet guns are perfect to 100 yds. This will be for 100 yds +. I was wanting a 22 as it is the caliber I shoot most but not sure how difficult to swap calibers. Do you just write down the settings for the tune for each barrel and re-adjust the settings? Being an AR15 guy I am used to pulling 2 pins and installing any upper on the lower receiver. Never had an airgun apart yet so pardon the inexperience.

Ideally you would want a separate barrel kit for each caliber you want to shoot. And yes you would keep a note pad with the settings for each caliber and you would have to re-set your Impact every time you changed caliber.

Other than resetting the gun the caliber change is easy just a barrel kit for each one and a mag for each one I would also get moderators for each to

You will have to watch aren't many available last I checked I've been watching the classifieds and is where I got 25 cal and 30 cal 500 mm kits unless things have changed Utah air is one place or Google impact barrel kits think m3 kits also fit but not 100 percent on that

The factory pellet probe carrier is fine, but it’s the single grub screw that becomes the problem. Easily stripped, and tends to loosen if you’re not paying attention and you’ll see it in your groups when your probe hangs out all wonky
