I changed o ring 39 inside reg housing I may have scratched some of the o ring sealing surface. It' got a slow leak now around 5 bar per hour. What should I do?

I would take all the orings out and and washers, clean and clean again ,all of the inside make sure and put the washer back in the right order try resealing with new o rings and silicone grease you should be ok. Even ernest doesn't always get it on the first try. Basically rebuild the reg .
