Tuning Impact M3 will not cock if power wheel set above 12

So I am fairly new to the Impact M3 platform. Tried to search but came up empty.

This is a new gun purchased from. UTAH AIR with less than 100 shots

My M3 Cocks amd shoots fine if power wheel is set at 12 or below. Will not cock if set at 13 to 16. 

Any ideas on what to check would be appreciated

With the macro on 12, what is the micro showing?

If the micro is adjusted near the upper or lower extremes it can prevent you from selecting some macro positions near the upper or lower ends. If your micro is on or near 5 or 1 with the macro at 12, that is probably the issue. Adjust the micro closer to the middle of its adjustment range and it should work.

Another possibility is your trigger doesn't have enough sear engagement to hold against high hammer spring tension and it might need some adjustments... But check your micro wheel adjustment first.

I believe micro is 4 or 4.5 can check that in the morning

Yes called FX and Kiba you were correct . I had the 2 washers added that are used in the 35 cal because I want to purchase the 600MM or 700 MM 35 cal barrel when it comes out 

according to FX that addition causes reduction in spring space and causes my issue . So I was able to back down power wheel to 15 set the micro wheel at 4.5 and gain an additional 60 FPS and cocks every time
