Impact M3 reg question

Can someone explain why with the reg that is in the M3 it will damage/break it if you shoot it when it drops below the reg pressure.
1. With the Impacts are the first time I have have heard this. With other regulated guns your shots would start dropping when you fell off the reg, but no damage.
2. It is only the second reg that is of concern correct? So if my first reg is set at 170 and my second is set at 120 I can drop below the first reg and continue to shoot down to 125ish right? Why would it damage the second to shoot below the reg pressure, but not the first reg?
3. Is it the same for the Huma regs? If I were to upgrade to a Huma second reg would I be able to shoot below the reg pressure without damage? Are the Huma regs really and upgrade? What makes them better?

I know that a question I am going to get is why would you want to shoot below the reg pressure. I don’t. It’s not that I want to it’s that if it happens I don’t want it damaged. With the gauge being on the bottom of the gun it’s not in a convenient place to check regularly and I am not the only one that shoots the gun and I can’t be sure someone else will be diligent about watching. It would be nicer to have the angled adapter and mount the second gauge up where it would be more visible, but I don’t think I would like it there either due to getting in the way when cocking the gun.
if anyone has the angled bracket and the cocking handle on the right side please feel free to chime in with how that is working out.

Not sure why people would claim shooting past the reg will damage the gun. The only thing I can think of is shooting at a very low reg, the air pressure wouldn't have enough power to push the pellet or slug out the barrel and it will be stuck, and cause double load and jams. Beside that it can not and should not damage the reg or the gun at all. I shot my pcp guns with reg way below the reg. Even on my impact I have shot it below reg and nothing wrong. Shooting past the reg will mean less power. Thats it. So expect a decline in power once it drop past the reg.

If you shoot too much below the set point you are essentially in a bypass mode. Now your piston isn’t returning to the seat with the force it should. Actually nothing in the reg is acting like it should. Would or could it hurt something? The big question is why would anyone even want to find out or care. I just fill when I get close to my set point. And I also have no idea how far I can still drive with the gas light on in my car or truck. Do I think you will hurt something? Not until you get real low on pressure and you’re still smashing the valve with a hammer setting for 100+ bar. But I think your gun will degas itself before you get to that point. Remember we shoot with our First reg below it’s set point all the time. But there is still a boatload of pressure acting on the valve.

Most of us only do it daily, I’m not buying it! Nor have I had I’ll effects after it happening hundreds of times! If it starts to sound or shoot weird? Oh yeah I’m off the reg, fill it up👍🏻
that being said, I don’t purposely go under. But guaranteed it will happen and that’s assuming all gauges are correct? Hah, few of mine are. No worries
