Impact M3 Leak at D95 Brass Adapter

I occasionally get a leak at the D95 brass adapter on the FX M3 block. If this happens I can usually eliminate the leak by replacing the tiny D94 2.2x1 NBR 70 o-ring. Whenever I do this I screw the D95 in until it stops and make it snug, but I don't tighten it too much. Is there a better way to do this? Screw it in tighter? Not as tight? Bottom it then back it off?

It just occurred to me - my 2nd reg is set at 120 and I shot the gun down to about 120 yesterday and didn't top off the air - I usually do top it off. Anyway, the bottle pressure and the 2nd reg were both at 120. I'm wondering if that combination caused the o-ring ton the D95 brass adapter to lose its seal.
