Does anyone know a source for the felt washer under the breach O-ring on the Impact Arms RM 100?

Hu, I just changed my breach seal not to long ago with a Viton 90 oring and didn't notice any felt...you do have to put a nick in the back side of the oring to release pressure from the firing cycle. Otherwise it pops out of its seat from the pressure behind it when you open the breach!
Wonder if someone did the same with the felt to relieve the pressure?
