Piston powered guns are murder on scopes due to their double recoil action. It's kind of a slam/slam forward and back movement that eats up the internals of the scope . A PCP gun does not have that kind of violent movement, so those guns are not hard on scopes like spring or nitro piston guns
To be sure, you want a magnum Springer rated scope. The hammers scopes on Amazon are what I used on my spring guns, and still use them on my .22lr and other PCP guns. Adjustable objective is important for airgun scopes. It helps you focus down to 10 yards and takes out most paralax issues.
