If the Avenger can remain reliable it will be the budget PCP to buy!

I went for the coned Tanto for clearance but it did add length.

So far, I'm amazed @ my .25 Avenger- this is tuned for 1900-2000 reg output with 3 turns on HS Avg.880-890. Shooting AA 25.4 gr. 5 shot groups. Finally realized (after reading other posts) why I kept getting little jumps( my sight picture would suddenly shift left ~ 3 " while sighting) the SCREWS on scope rail were very loose(all of them). Can't wait for less than 12 mph. BREEZE to slow down. If I am getting these groups with loose mount, it's only gotta get better!! But now a re-sight is in order- so NEW owners, check ALL your screws- found a few more when taking gun apart. And that's not even counting the owner LOL

I woke up thinking about shooting so I went straight to by backyard and sat on my 5 gallon bucket. Saw this guy up in a tree almost 50 yards away and nailed him my trusty Crosman Hollow Point. He ran for about 2 seconds and then he fell limp from the tree. He was about 50ft up and the thump he made with the ground got my neighbor's attention (he was on his back deck) and he yelled "You got that one!" and directed me to where the body was. The pellet did not exit and I'm not the type to go fishing for it. We've got raccoons, possums and foxes so I just threw it into the brush for one of them to eat on.

How many shots are you getting from that tune?

Somewhere around 90-100 I think. I have 6 mags and when I'm through them I still have about 3000psi left. Since I have a compressor I just have it refill the gun while I'm reloading the mags. Some time I'll load a mag again before i don't feel like waiting and can do that about 3-4 times before I get below my ~1900psi reg pressure.

Side note. I also have a Sig Virtus PCP that gets just over 150 shots per fill. It's collecting dust now. Having power, range and accuracy far outweighs being able to pull the (extremely heavy) trigger over and over.
