If in doubt always shoot a sighter

We had a locar BR match on sunday and took a video of my 25 meter card shooting a 177 airgun in HV.
The lesson learned was always shoot a sighter if in doubt and don't let your mind/time pressure you.
At the end, a possible 250 turned into a very painful 249.
On bull 25 you will see I aimed the 25 bull, then, went to the sighter because I thought I saw something different in my flags but my mind tricked me thinking what the hell, this is the last one, what could possible go wrong, let's shoot the last one, everything will be alright 😅
The video is fast forward and only takes about 2 minutes or less.

Great shooting, Jeff. I fully believe in what you just said. Don't let the wind trick you. Had the privilege of shooting my first 250 card in our Desoto Airgunners club match on July 9th. It was my first card of my winning set for the match. My Thomas .177 PCP HV was on the money that morning. Love these airguns.
