The mechanics of shooting a springer are my issue. Having to take my eyes and rifle off the target every shot. Side lever PCP can be easily cocked by feel and I don't have to reacquire the target.

My pcp's can do that at 50yards! At 10 meters it's ridiculously easy. Do you really believe a quality pcp can't get that type of accuracy? Well, they can!

I didn’t say anything about 50 yards. At 10 meters off the bags your PCP won’t beat an FWB 300 S or many other extremely accurate springers for accuracy.

I have tat Gamo springer ,I put a trigger kit in it by "Tuna" anyhow it shoots good ,the swarm is higher power ,check out the crown....5" 30yds if shooting offhand is ok...

PCP have their place, at longer ranges they are going to be a better pick for an airgun. I have spinning reels and bait casters,one is not better than the other ,each has its' place. Casting takes more practice ,just as does a springer.
