It's a Chinese B3... I got one at a tool sale in the 90's Compasseco was a US distributor of their airguns. They weren't very accurate or consistent.

A lot of us Old timers have them, like Mac said not very accurate , but for $25 new it was a must have lol. I still have it too

They were probly saving them for later? Odd place to store yer pellets though. ;^)
Probly not and easy task to get those out of the barrel. Hard to believe there were so many.

This one belongs to my brother in law. Has the Cummins Tool logo on it. Long story behind it but the short version is I rebuilt and refinished it and it was given back to the brother in law who thought it was long gone and a piece of family history lost since it's been in his family 4 generations.

Shoots how most expect one to shoot...lol. The bigger point behind fixing it was my brother in law's father bought it off a Cummins truck to teach his kids basic shooting and gun safety. He passed it down to my brother in law who did the same thing. There's 4 generations now and while the teaching chain ended there, the rifle still has sentimental value and while he said he takes it out to shoot cans in the yard now and then, it's usual place is hanging displayed on his wall.
