N/A Identification Help

Hello, I'm trying to sort through some of my late brother's stuff, and I ran across this holster. It says US on it. I contacted a company called US Duty Gear to help identify it, but they said it's not theirs. Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to identify the brand and price. Approximately 9.5" long. Thank you.
