IBS rimfire target at 25 yards

I took advantage of the light breeze today to practice 25 yard benchrest with my RAW HM1000x chassis model. It's 22 cal shooting JSB redesigns at 946fps. I shoot sorted and lubed pellets. Wind was only 4-5 mph but a bit gusty and changing directions. Had one flag out at target frame for reference.

Just curious, why you chose to mention N50 in your subject line when the distance and target you are using have nothing to do with N50?

These are IBS rimfire practice targets used by lots of N50 shooters. Didn't realize I needed to be so specific.

The rear stock is the Luth-Ar MBA-3 which comes with cheek support.

It looks like a 6 inch scissor jack. Maybe modified. The cheap ones are pretty unstable.

Exactly. I cemented 1/4” hard foam to top. This is very stable compared to monopods or bags, and very adjustable when going from target to target.

this is Perfect ! shows what a shooter can do without spending large amount of money on rests ( like i did ) and it is the shooter not the equipment.
