I wonder why...

I've had wildcat 22 for around 3 yrs. You can talk all you want, this is a hole in hole shooter @ 25& 50. 3/4" @ 75, Close to MOA @ 100. Everybody ( including me) wants the latest and greatest. If you can steal a "verified" wildcat, it can't be out shot to the limits of its capability. They are NOT a >100 shooter. But it IS a <100 SHOOTER.

So, how much better wildcat can you get? 25's might pose a different parameter. My 2c turned into a dime. But it's an honest review!

Indeed my post is loaded with sarcasm. Even though it was a pinhole leak, it couldn’t be contained & everyone knows the 3 is coming.

I have never owned an FX, but the Wildcat & the Streamline have always intrigued me the most. More than once I have said, to me, the perfect FX would be those two having a baby. A power wheel on a Wildcat would be the Cat’s meow! Hope it doesn’t disappoint. I’m looking forward to the 20th.

If it turns out that you can go from full tilt boogie to sedate velocity with the new adjuster, then the MKIII will be all win.

The only real minus to the current versions is the lack of that adjustability to go from groundhogs at 50 yards to ratting in a shed by making a simple change.

My MK1 and MKII have been stellar, hopefully the MKIII carries on in the same manner.

I'm surprised that we haven't seen MORE on the classifieds than we have with the COVID thing going on.

I have contacted FX in the past and suggested ideas that I felt would be great to add to the WC. I like the idea of FXs three step power wheel and the option for either a bottle or air cylinder. Also a discreet way to adjust hammer spring without removing the stock.

I have seen a couple pictures of the leaked MK iii. So far I do not like what I saw as far as the look. The only thing I saw was what appeared to be a BIG dial for adjusting the HST. Maybe it won't be so bad once I see more pictures?

I absolutely love my 177 WC!
