I've been wanting to replace the scope on my 48 with something lighter and less magnification and have been looking around a bit. After watching Joe's review of the Bushnell Engage I decided to take a closer look. I like the reticle and the glass seems to be decent and Joe gave them a good review so I decided to buy one, after discovering there was a 30% rebate I figured two wouldn't be a bad deal, lol.
Midway had the best prices but none in stock and I waited almost three weeks to see if they would get any, they didn't. I knew Gander had them in stock, also knowing the rebate offer ends tomorrow I decided this AM I'd order from them. To my surprise when I opened their web site there was an offer for 10% off any orders. Needless to say I'm pretty happy with the price, 40% off is pretty good IMO.
I don't need exposed turrets or 30mm tubes so I ordered both with capped turrets and 1" tubes, 4-12x 40 and 6-18x 50, both have side parallax adjustment.
