I now have 4 air rifles - again - and I'm perfectly happy: Updated 6/23/21

Thanks - this rifle is really nice. The shroud is quite effective, the trigger is nuts, it's lighter than I expected but man does it hold nice and shoot smooth. The Low/Med/Hi seem to be set right about 12/15/18 fpe as I'm testing some H&N 10.65gr Barracuda Match pellets.

I could not believe how quiet mine was without any form of additional moderator. Very efficient use of air!

Mine really enjoys the Daystate Sovereign 8.44 gr pellets on both High and Mid powers @ 25 yards. Same pellet as JSB? Don't know for sure, but it likes the Sovereigns better.

Very easy gun to AD with the light electronic trigger when moving hand from cocking back onto trigger. Keep it pointed safely downrange!!! A buddy loves shooting mine. I told him how easy it was to AD before he shot it. On about his 3rd shot, he did it.😁

Ahhh - okay. That does make sense as the trigger - is it really even a trigger when the firing is the click of the micro-switch - is crazy light.

I have a small hidden benefit that will help me there. I'm a righty, but left-eye dominant, so I shot rifles lefty. This works really well for rested shooting as I never have to break my left hand or finger off the trigger and can cock with right. I see you can move the cocking lever to the other side, but unless it's a bolt action I prefer the right-handed cocking and mag insertion.

Not sure what else one could call it other than "a trigger". I have a Pulsar and I consider the "trigger" to be about as good as one can possibly be. Is it not possible for those who consider them "too light" to increase the pull weight quite a lot through adjustment?

Sean, in 6 months, your "perfect" list changed almost entirely!!! 6 months from now, it'll be mostly all different again. I'd say the journey is probably more fun...

The journey is definitely a big part of the fun! My problem is that I actually don’t like to sell anything, so I get the new ones and keep the old one too. A long time ago I came up with a generic list of all the handguns I felt I would ever need. There were 5 on that list. Hah! Don’t ask how many I actually have now, 10 years after that list. Same thing with airguns, although I may finally have to let some of them go (I’m looking at you, Wildcat, SAM, AF Condor SS and Verminator) to fund a Steyr Pro X :)

I started in June 2020, and unlike many of you, had never before used a rifle of any kind. I read this forum relentlessly (still do) and learned a bunch. I've only begun shooting a .22 fx dreamline bullpup a few weeks ago, and I don't totally suck at it! Fun as hell. Went a bit crazy and have acquired 9 other others, Avenger, Semiauto Marauder, Wildcat MK III, Drealmline Tac, Impact MKII, Crown Continuum, two Impact M3's, and a Maverick. So, the correct answer is. Of course, 9.
