Are the scopes you suggested magnum spring airgun rated?
As I stated earlier I had emailed bot of the addresses provided by Zucker. Today I received this response.
"The Sentinel 8-32 and 10-40 can fit caliber .22 at maximum for air rifle.
It can be used on your RWS 56."
This makes me more than a little nervous since I am getting different answers from different people in the company.
I wonder what the warranty support might be like later if one should fail.
Lewis I would personally only use a LIFETIME WARRANTY scope on a 56 PERIOD.

FYI, Vector Optics has a good reputation with models like the TAC Vector Taurus 3-18x50FFP https://youtu.be/PC9vheiacEU with Optics Planet selling them now for $259
and their new 34mm Continental line that just came out has a lifetime warranty and they are 56; look for a new Cyclops review on them very soon! That scope has impressive specs, 5x30x56FFP - goes down to 10 yard parallax,6 levels of illumination, 1/10 mil, zero stop, locking turrets, 26 mil elevation, and German Schott glass and comes with rings, sun shade, only 28.6 oz https://www.vectoroptics.com/products/view/id/SCFF-30.html Optics Planet has them for $809.10 with free shipping.
