Thanks for the info! I will definitely look for your article. I understand lead time on parts, I order part for vessels and sometimes a particular part can be a month or two out. what annoys me is when given a delivery date and it's not met. If your can't deliver in a month don't say you can. But I would hate to see fx sacrifice quality for speed of delivery.

love my fx's they was well worth the wait, but i can dig the anxiety waiting lol

fx has an aggressive marketing strategy to say the least. they unveil products at iwa that are 6-8 months away at best. but many believe they are one of the best.

Many times there are a lot of small dealers with product in stock when the better known vendors are sold out. A very thorough search can sometimes turn up the product you desire with immediate shipping.
