This makes them easier.

Those of you using the rifle scopes, are you using the taco hold? I use it a lot for long range shooing. I started my shooting journey with an air pistol in .22 when I was about 8. My uncle cut the sights off of it so I would have to learn point shooting. I killed a lot of squirrels with that old hand me down Crosman pumper!

I am a hand gunner first. For those of you having a hard time, I cam possible help some. I owned an archery shop and range for years, and taught both bow and air guns shooting.

Pistol shooting has a LOT in common with archery accuracy. I have learned a few good tricks over the years for both.

when other Kids were studying Base Ball stat's, and playing some kind of ball, I was shooting. I never stopped. It is my addiction.

I will be more than happy to help if I can. .

Knife P.S. I don't own a nice pcp pistol, but here ire results with myh lowly PP-700 using a simple reflex sight with 3moa dot and hold over, (Kentucky Windage at 80 yards. almost three feet o hold over. Taco hold. LOL

The ram is the 80 target. three shots, near 3 foot hold over, off hand. I can't do this with a rifle. GRRRR! Too old for all that weight. GRRRRRRR!!!!

Lots of practice will pay off. I started a few years ago, didn't see much improvement. Last winter decided to get serious and practiced almost every night after work 20-30 shots. Spent a lot of time on Target Talk forum looking for tips and clues. Every once in a while I would find a good tip. But the biggest thing was practice. At the local matches this winter, i was in the low to mid 80's instead of happy to break 70 in the previous years.

Most of all though, just have fun. Some nights just relax and don't worry about a bad score. Other nights just focus on one fundamental aspect for your practice. Then another night focus on something else. You will improve with time.
